This album is absolutly amazing. The guys are sooooo talented and the album is sensational. Not many albums you can listen to over and over again in one go and not get bored, this is an exception! You must buy it!!

As other reviewers have pointed out, this album doesn't break any new musical ground. Rather, The Script fall firmly amongst a host of current rock-pop favourites - think Maroon 5, Keene, The Fray, Snow Patrol, Coldplay etc
If you find such bands too polished and 'bland', then this album probably isn't for you. But if you like well-crafted, polished and melodic songs, toe-tapping riffs, some nice harmonies, the occasional thumping piano and some nice guitar licks, then this won't disappoint. ... Read More

Purchased this album out of curiosity having seen them on MTV and was very pleasantly surprised. The sound is good mellow soul, a bit similar to Orson and certainly different to the current all out rock trend. Well worth a go.

Once in a while a band springs into popular consciousness fully formed and dripping with talent. The Script are one such. Great voice, excellent drumming; songwriting, playing and arranging all of high quality. Other commentators have drawn parallels with John Mayer, Coldplay, Paolo Nutini and Sting, and they are not too wide of the mark. I got this album 2 days ago and have not stopped playing it. There is not 1 track on there that I don't like. Danny's voice is amazing especially in the beautiful 'I'm Yours', I found that track so moving. I highly recommend that you buy this album. I don't think you'll be disappointed as I absolutely love it!
