- Doc Martin not funny! Impossible?
Having bought and watched Series 1 & 2 in their entirity (and loved them), I am very disappointed with this film. There is no charm, and no feel-good factor from watching it - I was not looking for sugary, safe entertainment, but I was both disturbed and bored well before the end..sorry, a mistaken purchase.

Obviously, there is a different writer, and what works so well in the series - lots of little plots all feeding into each other, just did not work so well in a feature film. My husband and I LOVE this series, but we were very surprised at the dull writing and boring pace of this mini movie. We had figured that, as the follow-up to the utterly hilarious and touching end to season two, this would continue in the same vain.
