- Stunning
Just a beautiful album, with the band sounding so relaxed and note perfect. I really do recommend this so much. And don't forget to pop the DVD into your PC for the extra mp3s: so far there's 'Wot's Uh...the Deal', Dominoes and a rather amazing Shine On You Crazy Diamond. A new track will be added every month until September 2009. How great a package is this! :-)

- Long live Sir Gilmour
Amazing, beautiful and fantastic!
Gilmour is on the top of the prog and classic rock royal families and this album shows well that.
This album also pays a fair tribute to Rick Wright... Shine on...

never afraid to trot out the same songs it starts with "Speak to me" segueing ... Read More

I can't decide whether I prefer this version of Echoes or the version on "A Night to Remember" - I think the latter. Comfortably Numb is, as always, brilliant - although I would have liked an extended guitar ... Read More

- A Fitting Tribute
I bought this yesterday and have payed it a couple of times already. The live versions of the 'On an Island' material surpass the studio versions. Top track is 'Echoes', showing off Rick Wright's extraordinary talents without him 'showing off', if you see what I mean. What is always good to see on live DVDs is how the band interact - there are some lovely smiles and nods of appreciation - they look like they are having fun. Gilmour and Wright shine, but Guy Pratt and Phil Manzanera provide excellent backup ... Read More
