Many books I have read in Christian fiction are so careful to keep the romance on a surface level that you hardly see the relationship developing, until the end when they suddenly declare their love for each other. At the end of a book like this I'm left wondering, when did that happen? But not with A Passion Most Pure. Let me preface this as I love to read. And 99 percent of the time; I only read christian novels. Romance, mystery, whatever the genre, I tend to graviate towards them. One thing I didn't (dont) like about Christian Romance novels is that some authors try to make them so Christian; that they forget to make them real.
