This book is just what I was looking for! It lets my husband and I both laugh about what could otherwise be a frightening, exciting, overwhelming time. I recommend this book for anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and is willing to laugh about the (sometimes) undignified side-effects of pregnancy.

Hill provides a very funny step by step look at the world of pregnancy but he stops a bit too soon for my liking. The majority of the book deals with the period up to the birth and that is great. When he gets to the first few weeks after the birth at page 115, it is quite short. A little more is devoted to life with the baby but I was again wanting more.
