This follows her book "How to Negotiate Like a Pro," which has now won six awards and this new one is just as impressive. I learned a lot from Greenwood's earlier book, How to Negotiate Like a Pro, which I was not surprised to learn won six book awards! The sequel, How to Mediate Like a Pro, explains how to mediate when negotiations fail.
