Product Description:
Thalassa, the young and brave princess of the tribe of Lemnos, sees her civilizations future threatened and her world completely shaken by the arrival in her island of Elephthera, an audacious Amazon from Aretias, who seeks help for her tribe and the whole nation of warrior women after a ravaging attack of Sarmatian nomads.
With the aid of their fellow sisters, they will embark on a thrilling mythological journey to save their own lives and their entire race. It will take them from Greek waters to Fezzan in the heart of the Sahara desert, and back to Aretias to face a final decisive battle that will define the course of their cultures fate.
Theirs will not only be a physical, but also a spiritual quest, through which Thalassas dark secret, hidden in her mysterious eyes, will be revealed, and an unbreakable bond will be created between these two courageous women.

- An articulate and fascinating.
As a lost child of the Amazon Nation, I have come home. Tales of our archetypal Heroes are indeed a shortcut for describing and recognizing many of deeply held beliefs and some of our Amazonian behaviors'. This book offers us an exciting, adventurous way to imagine ourselves and reaffirm many of the qualities and strengths we hold within. I loved the story for this very reason. Paulina has crafted a wondrous story worth reading over and over.
Hope you remain forever "Golden" the original Athenian ... Read More

- Thalassa, Great Warrior Princess
This is my first foray into the world of Warrior Princesses, and I must say it was fun. Paulina Sanchez and Isabel Forga have crafted a delightful story of strong women fighting to protect their Amazon Nation.
While technically not a romance, the story tells of Thalassa, the somewhat illegitimate princess of the tribe of Lemnos, and her fast friendship with Elephthera, an Aretias Amazon who is sent to find aid in a battle against Samarian nomads. As the two women cross a Greek ocean and an African ... Read More

- I truly recommend this novel
I bought this book expecting to read an entertaining adventure and because I'm interested in the topic, but I never expected to get so involved in the story and fall for the main characters like I did. I must say that I found it a little short and so I'm already hoping there will be a sequel since I really enjoyed the relationship between Thalassa and Elephthera. My favorite part was their conversation on the ship's deck after the fight with Kalima. It is altogether very poetically written and the images trigger ... Read More

- A must for all xenites!
These characters are not Xena and Gabrielle, but this novel is a must for all xenities. Reasons: because all those who enjoyed Xena and Gabrielle's relantionship will find here a compelling story, with "two time warriors, two true souls" finding each other in a conflictive world. It is also, of course, a story about amazons, that is, women who fight for what they believe in and whose deeds, as the book says: "were printed in the hearts of those human beings that are today part of the female gender".

- ONE GREAT ADVENTURE!
This is one of those books that never gives you a single moment to relax (action and more action that makes you feel as if you were watching a movie)... however, despite being an adventure novel, it is also a romantic story and it teaches you many lessons about friendship, courage and loyalty. It is nice to see that some authors are still concerned with promoting values and especially doing it in such a fun way.
I totally fell in love with the characters... Thalassa is soooo cool and Elephthera is also truly ... Read More
