Chocolate cake for breakfast and a pound of spinach for dinner? Looking and feeling your best has never been so easy, so guiltless or so much fun!
Let's be honest, ladies, are you tired of hearing about the eating habits of airbrushed celebrities? Do you want to feel sexy as you slide into your favorite jeans, but you're too confused by the complicated diet plans out there? Well, here is the antidote to all of that nonsense!
With saucy wit and goodwill to spare, Lipper and Vincent reveal their tricks for how you can overcome any food obstacle, from which cocktails will keep you light on your feet past midnight to how you can stay on track when you're down in the dumps (or if you just got dumped). - Realistic approach to health
I loved this book!!! It was so real and offered a lot of great advice. It wasn't written in boring, rigid language but instead it was funny and engaging. There were a lot of great tips and I am pleased to say I have incorporated spinach as a regular part of my diet. As far as it not having any basis, it does, it just doesn't sound basic. They choose to have fun with it, which I like. And besides we all know what to do: eat more vegetables and fruits, stick to lean proteins, eliminate alot of processed ... Read More

- Only read this if you actually think Paris Hilton is a role model.
This book has some decent information in it, but it is hidden within prose that insults my intelligence.

- Thank you
This is a great book that has showed me how to eat bad and still look good. Any girl who is struggling to lose the weight or keep it off should read this book. I also liked Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World.

How To Eat Like a Hot Chick!
While perusing the aisles of the Beverly Hills library, I came across this most fabulous book!
"How to Eat Like a Hot Chick," was written by a NY publishing maven and a Los Angeles actress. Now, before stereotypes of this or that come crashing into your head like the memory of last night's Mud Slide you had before sinking into a puddle beneath somebody's coffee table, hear me out.
This book is written with savvy, know-how, common sense, and above ... Read More

- Eating like a Hot Chick is easy!
The book is an easy read. There is very little information that you will not already know but this particular diet book is funny. One thing that I found useless was the foul language and constant references to bringing home some strange guy! What does that have to do with being a hot chick? Anyway, I have a renewed appreciation for spinach (read the book) and am enjoying eating like a hot chick everyday!
