But even though the title of James Van Praagh's "Ghosts Among Us" conjures up old movie images of wafting, misty entitles, his book gives a different sense of the "other side." He makes it clear that the "other side" is right here; you can reach out and touch it. His writing is clear, direct, and most of all encouraging and comforting. ... Read More

In recent years, I have read and collected materials on the afterlife, death, reincarnation, etc., and, although this book is comforting, the material by this author is not new to me. If you haven't read books by this author, it's as good a place to start as any, but if you have read books by this author, I would not make this purchase.

I have lost many people in my life in the past 2 years and it brought me great peace in reading his views on what happens when we die. It is the 1st book that I have read cover to cover in ages and plan to read again. Thanks for writing such an insightful book
