Product Description:
Not far from Dullsville, someone's lurking in the dark. . . .
After meeting the handsome and shadowy Alexander Sterling, goth-girl Raven's dark world has a bright, new glow. But as in her favorite movie, Kissing Coffins, Raven knows that love always has its complications, especially when Alexander has a big secret to guard.
When Alexander suddenly disappears, Raven leaves Dullsville to begin a dangerous search to find him. Can she stay safe, no matter who—or what—she encounters on the way?

Can you say CLICHE? Take every cliche or stereotype you have ever heard about vampires and goths, put them all together in one book, and what do you get? Vampire Kisses by Ellen Schreiber.
WHO refers to their boyfriend as their "gothic mate?"

I have to be honest in saying if I would have bought this series I would have be extremely disappointed after the first couple books. In case you haven't noticed, Raven Madison is goth. She's also a mournful outsider whom nobody understands, and she's hopelessly in love with a vampire who is basically a male version of her. And while Ellen Schreiber tries to stir things up in "Vampire Kisses 2: Kissing Coffins," this sequel to her inexplicably popular vampire romance is more of the same -- hilariously overwrought teenybopper romance, flat characters, and a vampire mythos thinner than tissue paper.

This is a good sequel to Vampire Kisses, a little slow pace but well writen.

Again, I know this book is written for the "middle school" age group but as a 23 year old I love them anyway. I love how the characters are written, and their development through the series.
