I have been researching health, especially on neurological level for quite some months. My research keeps coming back to the points made in this book.

I would say that the book could have added more details on how to rid your body of parasites and yeast in more details. It is mentioned but only briefly. every book has aspects that are debatable. we are supposed to separate the "good" and the "bad" on our own. this was a great book. i started taking some of the aminoacids , based on the questionnaires in the book, and I found it helpful.
